Sparkling Projects speaks at GEA Customer Day about grid congestion and opportunities in the energy market

At the invitation of GEA, we recently spoke during their customer day about current topics within the energy transition. Our presentation focused on grid congestion, the imbalance market, and available subsidies—important subjects for companies looking to become more sustainable while maintaining control over their energy supply.

During the session, we explored smart ways to make use of flexible energy consumption, such as implementing heat pumps, battery storage, and actively participating in the imbalance market. We also discussed subsidy schemes that make these investments more appealing, including the SDE++ and other programmes aimed at enhancing flexibility and grid optimization.
