In my role as PMO, I coordinate various projects and provide support to the consultants. I’m involved throughout the entire process—from quotation to invoicing. I monitor deadlines and help connect different consultants with each other.

I’ve been with Sparkling Projects for nearly 10 years now and have seen the organization grow from 4 to 18 employees. Sparkling is a fun, dynamic, and growing company, but we still maintain short lines of communication and a flat organizational structure. Both internally and externally, we communicate quickly—we always respond to client inquiries as promptly as possible.
