Bart Overeem

Since June 2017, I’ve been working at Sparkling Projects as an advisor. I chose Sparkling because I enjoy tackling energy-related challenges and want to contribute to a more sustainable world.
My main focus is on subsidies. In addition, I’m involved with BREEAM, to a lesser extent with refrigeration, and occasionally with solar PV. My specialty lies in translating technical and/or legal content into clear, understandable materials—whether that’s a principle diagram or a concise summary of the text.
