Tamara Koudijs

In 2021, I completed my degree in Facility Management, with a focus on hospitality and sustainability. During my studies, I learned a lot about service-oriented work and sustainable solutions—knowledge I now apply daily in my job.

Since 2022, I’ve been working with great enthusiasm as a PMO at Sparkling Projects. In this role, I coordinate projects from start to finish, from the quotation phase to invoicing. I bring structure, monitor processes, and provide support where needed. This makes my work dynamic and challenging, as each project comes with unique questions and solutions.

What motivates me most is the variety and the contact with different stakeholders. I enjoy collaborating with clients and consultants, and connecting different parties to achieve the best possible outcome. No day is the same, and that keeps my work interesting.

 

In my free time, I like to stay active. I enjoy sports—especially swimming, hiking, and running. I also like to relax with a good book.
