Senior Project Manager Energy Transition

Sparkling Projects is a growing engineering consultancy that supports businesses and government organizations in realizing sustainable and energy-efficient solutions. We provide advice and guidance in the fields of energy technology, renewable energy sources, waste heat, energy storage, and energy savings. Together, we conceptualize and implement forward-thinking technical solutions that are both economically viable and ecologically responsible.

What are you going to do?

As Senior Project Manager Energy Transition, you are the key link between the client, technology, and our team. You don't just manage projects; you ensure that innovative solutions become a reality.

  • You are the face of Sparkling Projects to the client.

  • You advise clients on leading-edge projects and find the best solutions for their sustainability challenges.

  • You take financial, technical, and organizational responsibility for challenging projects.

  • You lead a team of 3 to 5 advisors and work closely with fellow experts.

  • You ensure that innovative ideas come to life, from design to implementation.

You possess:

  • HBO+/WO work and thinking level (preferably in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering).

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in project management or a similar role.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.

  • Affinity for sustainability and a strong desire to contribute to the greening of the built environment.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a sense of responsibility.
